Tell me about your book

An estimate is free and there’s no obligation. The more you can tell us, the closer the number will be — a title, if there are images and a rough page count is enough to start.

“I love the book cover, and the interior design is awesome. I assure you that I’ll be keeping you busy with future works to come.”

D. Allen Miller - "Staggering Heights"

“I can never thank you enough for your patience and assistance in producing the top quality product represented by my book. Very professional in every aspect as all to date have commented. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated.”

Larry Gray - "A Heritage Gem"

Jim Bisakowski

After graduating from Dalhousie University (B.Sc. – Engineering, Math.), Jim specialized in corporate planning while employed in industry and as an independent consultant in Canada and abroad. During this time, he also taught Business Systems Analysis at Camosun College.

The large number of reports and proposals required in his work led him to the formation of a document production company, producing a variety of reports, magazines, government documents and books. Eventually, his focus turned to books and he has now produced well over 800.

He is a recipient of the prestigious Corel World Design Award for book design. Jim now works from his home office in Victoria, BC producing books for clients throughout North America.

Mary Ruth Snyder

Mary Ruth spent the first 2 decades of her life in the heart of southern Ontario’s agricultural mecca of Essex and Kent counties. Known as one of the most competitive media markets in all of North America—the seed of writing and journalism had taken root.

After a year exploring Europe, back on Canadian soil she landed in Victoria, BC in 1992 and informed her family she’d be living on Vancouver Island the rest of her life. A Camosun College graduate (Applied Communication Program).

Mary Ruth brings her creative passion in graphic design, writing and editing to BookDesign.ca along with her love of collaborating with people on their projects. True to her word, she still resides on Vancouver Island.
